Life moves in an endless circle - we run, we strive, we cross lines that only open another round. The work reflects on the human loop: the drive to progress, to achieve, to belong - only to discover the path repeating itself.
Its duration, 2:40:17, mirrors the run of Lonah Chemtai Korlima on her way to the Rio Olympics - the end of a long struggle for recognition and citizenship, and the beginning of yet another loop.
Perhaps the loop never ends. Freedom may lie not in escaping it, but in embracing it. When the chase dissolves into presence, the circle is no longer a prison - it reveals itself as a dance.
